摘要
合并高校要真正实现优化资源配置 ,增强办学实力 ,提高整体办学水平 ,必须在学校内涵建设上加强学科的融合 ;在教学和科研工作上加强教师的融合 ;在学校管理上加强干部的融合 ;在软环境建设上加强校园文化的融合 ;在认识统一上加强办学理念的融合。
To optimize its resource allocation, reinforce its school running strength and heighten its school running level, the merged university need to intensify the integration of disciplines in its connotative building, of teachers in teaching and research work, of cadres in university administration, of campus culture in its environment building.
