列宁新经济政策理论渊源于十月革命前列宁对俄国国情和社会发展道路的认识、列宁早期的市场经济思想、夺取政权初期谨慎过渡的尝试、对战时共产主义经验的总结四个方面。搞清其思想渊源,对把握其新经济政策理论的精神实质具有重大意义。

The thesis analyzed four thought sources of Lenin's new economical policy: the understanding of Russian nation-al conditions and the social development way befour October Revolution, Lenin's earlier thought of about market economic, the cautious tying to convert on the earlier stages after getting power, the summarizing of the war communist policy experience. The author believes that understanding these thought sources is important for learning New Econmical Policy's basic idea.
