外语教学的根本目的是培养学生的跨文化交际能力。语言和文化的密不可分性决定了跨文化意识的培养在外语教学中的重要地位。培养跨文化意识,一方面要重视文化差异意识的培养;另一方面,对主体文化意识的培养也不容忽视。

The basic objective of foreign language teaching is to develop the students' cross-culture Communicative compe-tence. The undivisibility of langnage and culture gives rise to the important role of cross-culture awareness cultivating in foreign language teaching. To develop cross-culture awareness, attention should be paid to the principal part of culture as much as Cul-tural differences.
