彩色多谱勒超声对原发性开角型青光眼血流动力学的研究

Color doppler flow imaging(CDFI) research of the ocular hemodynamics in primary open angle glaucoma

目的 :探讨原发性开角型青光眼血流动力学变化。方法 :用彩色多谱勒显像技术 (colordopplerflowimaging ,CDFI)检测 2 2例开角型青光眼患者与 18例正常人的眼动脉 (OA)和视网膜中央动脉 (CRA)的血流动力学。结果 :与正常组比较 ,开角型青光眼的OA及CRA的Vmax、Vmin、Vmean均降低 ,阻力指数升高 (P <0 0 1)。结论

Objective:To investigate the ocular hemodynamics in patient with primary open angle glaucoma(POAG).Methods:With CDFI,blood velocity of ophthalmic artery(OA) and central retinal artery(CRA) were assessed in 22 POAG and 18 normal cases.Results:Vmax?Vmin?Vmean in POAG were lower than that in normal group,and resistance index(RI) in POAG was higher than that in normal group.Conclusion:Local circulatory disturbance plays an important role in the pathogenesis of POAG.
