早期胃癌的诊治(附15例临床分析)

The diagnosis and treatment of early gastric cancer:Report of 15cases

目的 :总结 15例早期胃癌临床特点 ,诊治经验 ,探讨治疗新进展。方法 :对 15例早期胃癌诊治进行回顾性总结。结果 :早期误诊率达 6 6 7%。 15例手术 ,术后存活 5年以上 13例 (86 7% )。结论 :早期胃癌缺乏特异症状、早期误诊率高 ,内镜下平坦型胃癌最易误诊 ,作者认为D2 术应为根治EGC的标准术式 ,内镜下粘膜切除术 (EMR) 。

Objective:To summarize the experience and practice of the diagnosis and treatment of early gastric cancer(EGC).Methods:The diagnosis and treatment of 15 cases of early carcinoma of stomach were analyzed.Results:the misdiagnosing rate is 66 7% 13 cases(86 7%) survived for over five years.Conclusion:there is no specific symptom for early carcinoma of stomach,which leads to high rate of misdiagnosis,particularly in the case of carcinoma of simple pattern and that D 2 method should be the standard method for EGC.Moreover,the EMR and reserved vagus nerve partial gastrectomy should be applied to conduct the operation in favour of the patients survival.
