湖北省首次分离出肠出血性大肠埃希菌O157∶H7 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :为了解肠出血性大肠埃希菌O15 7∶H7(EHECO15 7∶H 7)在我省的动物宿主种类和菌型特征 ,制定相应流行病防治对策。方法 :采用传统方法 ,在 6~ 10月份肠道传染病高发季节 ,对武汉市 3大养殖场、屠宰场的肉猪、奶牛及武汉 7大城区的农贸商场的水产品进行调查采样 ,共采集 811份样品 ,进行EHECO15 7∶H7检测。结果 :341份猪粪样品中检出 1株EHECO15 7∶H7,阳性率为 0 .2 9% ;2 5 5份奶牛粪便样品中检出 7株EHECO15 7∶H7,阳性率为2 .75 % ;其他类标本中未检出。分离的这 8株阳性菌株与传统的EHECO15 7∶H7存在许多不同之处 ,它们均发酵山梨醇 ,大部分菌株不分解棉子糖 ,也存在不分解卫茅醇的菌株 ,而 β -葡萄糖醛酸酶试验均为阳性。在致病因子上 ,检测现有的几种毒力基因均为阴性。结论 :在我省首次检出 8株EHECO15 7∶H7,说明其普遍存在于动物体内 ,对环境、食品构成较大威胁。 Objective:To understand animal host kind and EHEC O157∶H7 strain characteristics in Hubei province and make a cornering policy of prevention and control.Methods:The investigation on EHEC O157∶H7 in 3 major pig farme,slaughterhouses pig and cow as well as aquatic products in 7 bigger downtown agriculture trade markets of Wuhan city was carried out by conventional methods during June-October of high infection season, total sample's number is 811.Results:One EHEC O157∶H7 strain was found among 341 pig feces samples, positive rate was 0.29%; seven EHEC O157∶H7 strains were found among 255 cow feces samples, positive rate was 2.75%; and positive rate of other kind samples was none. The eight strains is different from conventional strains, they all ferment sorbitol,most do not ferment raffinose,some do not fermentdulcitol,but beta-Guar test all are positive. Toxin genes identification existed at present in caused disease factors are negative. Conclusion:Eight EHEC O157∶H7 strains firstly discovered in Hubei suggested that EHEC O157∶H7 widely existed in domestic animals and so seriously threaten environment, food asfety.
