The brilliant exposition of advancing with times, which is projected by President JiangZemin, has an extremely important philosophical meaning .It is not only including the pith and the development outlook of dialectical materialism theory of knowledge, but discovering the dialectical relations between historical materialism existence and consciousness. How to correctly grasp its scientific meaning is possessed of great historical and realistic sense for us to advance socialist modern construction in a pioneering spirit.
