浅论“入世”后对民族工业的竞争援助

Discussion on the Competitive Aid to National Industry after the Entry of WTO

改革开放20年来,民族工业在与外资的竞争合作中得到了一定程度的壮大发展,但与以跨国公司为代表的外资相比,仍然有不小差距。“入世”后,国内各个行业都将面临外资的强大竞争,在世贸规则范围内对民族企业进行竞争援助将是必不可少的。我国应出台一些《产业政策法》、《反垄断法》,为我国民族工业创造良好的环境。

Since adopting the reform and opening policy in 1980's, Chinese national industry to certain extent, has achieved greatly in the course of competitive-cooperation with foreign-invested businesses. But comparing with the foreign capital represented by multi-national cooperation, there is still a wide gap. After the entry of WTO, all trades and professions in our country confronted with the competition from foreign invested enterprises, it is indispensable to aid national enterprises within the WTO rules. China should formulate industrial policy law and antimonopoly law to create favorable environment for our national industry.
