摘要
企业组织的创新是企业能否提升竞争力的决定性因素之一;重视对企业组织中人的研究是企业组织创新的根本。企业组织为服务员工而存在,而不是员工服务企业组织而存在。研究其中的关系,对建立我国新型的雇佣关系有重大意义。
The innovation of the organizational structure of the enterprises is one of the decisive factors on how to prompt the competitive capacity of the enterprises. We should pay more attention to the studying of the staff in the enterprises, which will be the base of innovation. The organizational structure of the enterprises should exist for the reason of serving the working staff, while the employees do not completely exist for serving the enterprises. We should study the relationship between them. There will be more important sense of establishing new types of employer-employee relationship in our country.
