摘要
“教育最优化”是人们在教育领域内努力追求“人的主观世界”最优解的过程 ,所求得的“最优解”只能是“主观满意解”。其基本策略有四 :提高教育者素质、从学习最优化入手、采取多级试验优化的方法和建立灵活应变的机制。
Educational optimization is the process of people's efforts of trying to pursue a perfect solution in the field of education. The so called perfect solution can only be the subjective satisfactory solution. It has four basic strategies: improving the educator's quality, learning from the optimization of study, using the optimization of multi level experiment and setting up a system of flexibility and adaptability.
