摘要
本文根据液流在离心喷嘴拉伐尔喷口扩张流道内不遵循动量矩定律,雾化锥角不受喷嘴几何特性制约的性质,从工程观点,提出了用改变拉伐尔喷口流道壁面积,调整雾化锥角的方法,试验取得满意的结果.
With the view of application,a new method modified for flowpath surface area of Laval nozzle is proposed in order to adjust spray angle. The mechanism of adjustment is based on the fact that angular momentum law is not to be obeyed by liquid flow in divergent flowpath of Laval nozzle and that spray angle is independent on geometrical characteristic of pressure atomizing injector. This is a viable method to achive desired spray angle value. Its effectiveness is demonstrated by the results of the experiments.
