The influence analysis of drought to Shanxi Province in 2001

对山西省2001年春夏连旱,河川径流锐减,水资源短缺以及干旱给农业生产造成的影响进行了分析,同时围绕抗旱减灾,搞好水利工程,提出了一些看法和建议。

This paper analyze the factors such as the continually spring-summer dry in 2001,sharp decreasing of river runoff and short in water resources which influenced the agricultural production. It also propose some views and suggestions to combat drought, reduce disaster and finish irrigation works.
