According to natural condition and social economy condition,this paper analyzed the development situation of meteorological disaster,appraised harm degree of meteorological disaster to social economy based on the summarizing history disaster. proposed countermeasure of the meteorological disaster protection and reduction from the height of safeguarding social economy and promoting the sustainable development.
