摘要 对牛粪稻草堆肥的主要影响因素进行了试验研究。研究了通风量、通风方式、初始含水率、贮存时间对堆肥性能参数 ,如堆肥温度、耗氧率、总固体 (TS)和挥发性固体 (VS)含量以及碳氮质量比等的影响。试验结果表明 ,底部通风和表面通风对堆肥性能的影响无显著区别 ,但表面通风方式可节约能耗 ;堆料含水率为6 5时对堆肥有利 ;牛粪应及时进行堆肥处理 ,以降低堆肥成本和获得高质量的堆肥产品。考虑堆肥温度和气味的大小 ,确定牛粪稻草堆肥的最佳通风量 (以初始干物质 DM计 )为 0 .2 L.(min.kg) -1。 A few factors, such as aeration rate, aeration method, initial moisture content, and storage time, were investigated for finding the effects on the performance of cattle manure and rice straw composting. The performance parameters included composting temperature, oxygen consumption rate, total solids, volatile solids and C/N ratio etc.. The results showed that there was no significant difference between surface and bottom aeration, but surface aeration would save energy, 65 % moisture content is favorable to composting and cattle manure needs to be composted once generation in orde to lower composting cost and obtain good composting product. The aeration rate of 0 2 L/(min·kg) initial dry matter (DM) was determined as optimal rate for cattle manure and rice straw composting in terms of temperature and odor emission.
