摘要 应用气粒两相流理论和计算流体力学 (CFD)知识 ,结合喷雾干燥的特点 ,建立了模拟喷雾干燥室内气体颗粒两相湍流流动的 CFD模型。讨论了该类模型的数值求解过程 ,并结合实际脉动燃烧喷雾干燥过程进行数值模拟 ,得到了喷雾干燥室内气流的温度、湿度分布图 ,气体流线图和颗粒相的运动轨迹图。模拟结果表明该 A CFD model for predicting the turbulent, two dimensional transfer phenomena inside the spray dryer was developed and analyzed. The model consists of the system of partial differential equations that describe the conservation of mass, momentum and heat in the drying chamber. The standard k ε model was used to describe turbulence in addition to the governing conservation equations. The two phase theory and the Computational Fluid Dynamics technology are used. The detailed information of gas particle phase in every computational cell of the drying chamber is predicted by the numerical models.
