摘要 研制高强燃烧及有强油滴燃烧“微爆炸”特性的燃料是高能燃料研究的一个重要方面.在对各种燃料广泛试验的基础上发现,双叠氮化合物具有极高燃烧率并具有产生“微爆炸”的必要条件.试验还表明,某些卤代碳氢化合物的少量添加除能保持和改善双叠氮化合物的高强燃烧特性外,还能诱发早期的极强的油滴二次破碎(“微爆炸”).例如,dC5+dI6,dC5+dBr5混合燃料的燃烧率可比普通碳氢燃料大6~7倍,强烈的油滴二次破碎可发生在油滴仅烧掉初始质量的30~40%.实际应用时,这类燃料可望用作基本燃料或燃料添加剂,在JP4中添加少量dC10或dC11可诱发明显的,强烈的“微爆炸”,并可增加燃烧率约25%. Development of fuels with intense burning rate and strong micro-explosion,is one of the important aspects in energetic fuel research.Based on extensive study, it has been found that Diazides have very high burning rate and potential of producing microexplosion.Experiment data show that a small amount if addition of Halides can intensify burning rate of Diazides,as well as induce early second disruption of droplets,for example,dC5 + dI6 or dC5 + dBr5 mixture can burn 6 to 7 times faster than ordinary hydrocarborns. Strong microexplosion of fuel droplets can occur at early stage at which only 30-40 percent of droplet mass has been burnt. In practice,it is possible to use this kind of fuel as basic fuel or fuel additive.Small addition of dC10 or dC11 in JP4 can induce clear,remarkable microexplosion and increase burning rate by 25 percent.
