比较了 5种不同 pH值培养液———pH3 8、5 4、7 0、7 5和 8 0培养液对红曲霉的生长和产生红曲色素的影响。结果表明 :较酸的 pH3 8的培养液利于细胞生物量的增长 ;中性偏酸的pH5 4的培养液适合红曲霉产红曲色素 ;所产红曲色素分胞外色素和胞内色素两种 ,以胞内色素为主。如果拟用红曲霉生产红曲色素 ,pH5
