摘要
选择健康仔鸡 4 0只 ,随机分为 4组 ,每组 10只。Ⅰ组为健康对照组 ,Ⅱ~Ⅳ组为不同处理的试验组。在 4 5日龄时 ,Ⅱ组免疫传染性喉气管炎 (ILT)疫苗 ,Ⅲ组免疫ILT疫苗同时肌肉注射中药免疫增强剂Ⅰ ,Ⅳ组免疫ILT疫苗同时肌肉注射中药免疫增强剂Ⅱ。分别在免疫前 1天、免疫后第 3天和第 9天 ,测定各组鸡的红细胞免疫功能状态。结果发现 ,试验Ⅱ组的鸡在ILT疫苗免疫后 3天 ,RBC_CR1花环率和RBC_IC花环率显著降低 ,与其他各组比较差异极显著 (P <0 .0 1)。免疫后 9天 ,RBC_CR1花环率和RBC_IC花环率升高到正常水平 ;而Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组 ,免疫后RBC_CR1花环率高于Ⅰ组 (P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 5 )。说明ILT疫苗免疫会引机体红细胞免疫功能的短暂性降低 ;
commercial chickens were selected and divided into 4 groups randomly,10 chickens each group.The birds were inoculated with ILT vaccines of the same dose at 45 days of age.Group Ⅰ was set as control;Group Ⅱ was inoculated with vaccine only;group Ⅲ was inoculated with vaccine and injected intramuscularly with Chinese herbal immunopotentiator Ⅰ;Group Ⅳ was done with Chinese herbal Ⅱ along with the vaccination.The immune functions of red blood cells of the birds in different groups were measured at 1 day before.and 3 days,9 days after inoculation respectively.The results indicated that the RBC_CR1 and RBC_IC rosette rates of group Ⅱ decreased at 3 days post immunization,significantly lower than the other groups (p<0.01),and returned to normal level at 9 days post vaccination.Suggested that ILT vaccine can induce transit decrease of RBC immune function.when Chinese herbal immunopotentiator Ⅰ or Ⅱ was applied,the RBC_CR1 and RBC_IC rosette rate was found to be greatly higher than other groups.The result indicated that the Chinese herbal immunopotentiator can enhance the immune function of RBC.
