摘要 本文提出了一种在变推力液体火箭发动机中采用微型机控制系统的方案,设计了相应的硬件电路组成了所提出的控制系统,并最终通过发动机的热点火试验,获得了大量的试验数据.试验结果证明,利用微机控制系统可方便地实现非线性控制及采用自适应技术,可以大幅度地提高发动机系统的动态响应性能和控制精度.此外,在热试中,还可以利用微机实现试验数据的采集和处理,并迅速提供有关的发动机的性能参数. A Microcomputer Control System(MCS) applied to the Throttling Liquid Rocket Engine(TLRE) is presented in this paper,and the superiorly is discussed.The MCS was designed and developed and more than twenty test firings were conducted to verify the feasibility and rationality of the MCS.The test results has shown that the non-linear control method and adaptive gain technique can be conveniently realized by using the ability of the MCS,which can greatly improve the transient response performance and the static accuracy of the TLRE as compared with the previous anolog circuitry controller.In addition,the MCS has also been used in test data acquaisition and processing during the tests,so that the relevant performance parameters of the TLRE can be promptly provided in the form of table and graph,which resultes in a high efficiency and a shorter time for. the test preparation.
