珍珠拳组培快繁技术研究初报

TISSUE CULTURE AND RAPID PROPAGATION OF SECURINEGA SUFFRUTICOSA

通过播种获得外植体无菌材料 ,进行了珍珠拳组培快繁技术研究。结果表明 :MS基本培养基适合分化 ,加入 6BA 0 .5mg/L适合增殖培养 ,加AD 4 .0mg/L使芽活力明显提高 ,加多效唑 5.0mg/L对芽有较好的矮化效果。white基本培养基适合生根 ,其生根培养以IBA 1 .0mg/L +NAA 0 .

This paper studied the major process of tissue culture and rapid propagation of Securinega suffruticosa (Pall.) Rehd. for the asepsis materials from seeds. Among the basic culture medium,the MS culture medium is fit to differentiation, and the white culture medium is fit for takeing root. In the successive transfer culture process, 0.5 mg/L 6BA and 4.0 mg/L AD content added was apparenthy benefit to enhance bud quality, and yet 5.0 mg/L paclobutrazor added make bud good dwarfing. 1.0 mg/L IBA + 0.5 mg/L NAA was content constituting for rooting.\;
