摘要
MAPO·HAc是丁羟推进剂的一个关键组分,其性能重现性对推进剂力学性能的稳定有很大影响,所以,应将其合成工艺规范化.本文通过理论分析和实验研究,确定了分步合成的工艺路线.它是将MAPO与HAc的络合反应和开环酯化反应分步完成,避免了反应过程中的热量集中,反应易于控制,产品性能优良,重现性好.
MAPO-acetic acid adduct is an important component in HTPB Propellant, its performance repeatability affects the stabilization of the mechanical properties of propellants.So the normalization of its synthesis method is essential. In this investigation,a two-step method has been established based on theoritical analysis and experimental test. By using the method, the complexing reaction and esterification reaction occur separately, so that the heat accumulation caused by the two reactions could be avoided. It is easy to control the technical process. As a result, the reaction product can be obtained with high repeatability and good properties.
