摘要
该实验对无花果的初代培养、继代培养和生根培养进行了研究。初代培养用腋芽、顶芽作外植体,灭菌前用VC处理,以防褐化。培养出芽丛为主、茎段为辅的无性繁殖系。其培养基分别为MS+BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L和MS+BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L。继代培养时则同时采用芽丛和茎段进行增殖,其培养基为MS+BA1.0mg/L,在培养基中加入活性炭和培养时进行遮光处理,以利于抗褐化和减轻玻璃化现象。继代苗可直接试管外生根,也可试管内生根,其培养基为1/2MS+IBA0.5mg/L,但前者优于后者。
The study of Ficus carica is about its primary gerneration,secondary gerneration and rooting gerneration.When in primary culture.The axillary and top buds are planted in medium as explants,They are treated with vitamin C solution to prevent from gray changes.The medium of MS+BA1.0mg /L+NAA0.1mg /L is used.When in propagating culture.The medium of MS+BA0.5mg /L is used.When in rooting culture the medium of1/2MS +IBA0.5mg /L is used.
