摘要
介绍了电阻点焊实时参数采集与通信的工作原理,分析了系统上、下位机的软、硬件设计。实验结果表明,采用设计的点焊实时数据采集与通信系统,能够准确测量焊接电流和电极间电压等点焊过程参数的动态变化,并可写入点焊专家系统实时数据库,为建立智能点焊专家系统,实现焊点质量在线评估和实时管理奠定了基础。
The principle of real-time parameter measuring and communication in spot welding is introduced.The design of hard ware and soft ware is analyzed.The experimental result shows that the variation of processing parameters in spot welding can be measured accu rately by using of the system,and can be added to real-time database of spot welding expert system,which can be used to build in telligent expert system of spot welding,and to realize quality evaluating of welding spot on line.
