摘要
本文研究了金刚石圆锯片的激光焊接技术 ,总结出焊接方法 ,分析了工艺参数 (功率、速度、焦斑位置、辅助气体、光束偏移量等 )对焊接质量的影响。
In this paper, the laser welding technology of diamond saw blade is studied. Analysis is made on the effect of process parameters including the laser beam power, welding speed, focus position, assistant gas and beam alignment upon the welding quality.lt is found out that the transition layer is a key factor.
