摘要
在对旋涡气流加工中磨具受力分析的基础上 ,阐述了旋涡气流光整加工的机理 ,分析了加工过程中球形磨具对零件内表面的微量切削、滚压、碰撞及刻划作用 ,指出在旋涡气流加工中起主要作用的是磨具对内圆表面的微量切削和滚压作用。旋涡气流加工可达到去除毛刺、细化表面和完成零件初期磨合的效果 ,同时通过磨具对管壁的碰撞、滚压 ,可改变工件表层的物理力学性能 。
On the basis of the force analysis of the abrasive, the mechanism of the swirling air stream finishing has been elaborated, the spherical abrasives' effect of micro cutting, rolling, hitting, scratching in the processes have been analyzed, it has been indicated expressly that the main effects are micro cutting and rolling. Swirling air stream finishing can get the purpose of deburring, fining surface and finishing the prime running in, meanwhile the physics and mechanics property of the work piece have been changed through the abrasives' effect of hit, rolling to the inner surface and the surface integrity has been improved.
