摘要
介绍了对绝缘体实施电火花加工的基本原理 ,以及绝缘体型腔的EDM和绝缘板的WEDM的加工装置。并对绝缘体电火花加工的工艺特性及影响因素进行了分析 ,最后对绝缘体电火花加工的结果和应用前景作了简单说明。
The basic principle of EDM technology in insulators and machining devices of EDM & WEDM are presented in this paper. Moreover the technology features and influence factors of machining insulators are analyzed. The machined results and applications of EDM of insulators are introduced as well.
