摘要
5CrNiMo和3Cr2W8V模具钢在不同的淬火、回火温度下的组织形态、机械性能及抗回火稳定性之间的关系,并结合模具主要失效方式,精选了热处理工艺参数使小型热锻模寿命比原来提高0.36～2.4倍。
The paper studies the relationship among metallographical form,mechanical performance and resist temper stability of 5CrNiMo and 3Cr2W8V steelat different quenching and temper temperatures, selects the heattreat parameter in light ofmain failure mode of die set, which effectively extends the life of small hot forging die.
