本文结合本校多年师资队伍建设实际情况 ,在调查分析 ,总结经验的基础上 ,提出了教师队伍培训管理的基本思路和主要措施 。

On the basis of investigating and analyzing the actual conditions of training teachers in our university in recent years, the article presents a basic teacher-training thought and some main measures, which are helpful to promote the improvement of the whole level of teaching body of our university.
