为了迎接知识经济的到来 ,我国研究生教育采取“积极发展”战略。本文针对目前我国研究生教育发展中出现的一些问题如强调数量的快速扩张而忽视质量 ,对传统结构的偏爱 ,分析其原因 。

The 'active development' strategy has been taken in Chinese graduate education to meet the knowledge-based economy. The article analyzes the causes of some problems during the development of graduate education such as emphasizing the rapid expansion but ignoring the quality, favoring the traditional structure and so on. The conclusion has been drawn that the implementation of the tuition policy will benefit balanced development of graduate education based on the view of all-around development.
