Study on Military Equipment Training System

在分析我军装备工作客观实际需求的基础上,吸收了我军后勤训练的研究成果、军事装备学学科的研究成果、以及实际的装备工作经验教训,提出了装备训练的概念体系;构建了军队装备训练体制;重点阐述了以集团军和预备役为主线的"部队装备训练"和以试验基地、装备科研机构、驻厂军事代表机构、修理机构(工厂)、装备(器材)仓库、专业训练机构为主线的"装备部队训练"及以院校为主线的"装备院校教育"的领导管理、组织实施和相互关系.

Based on foundation analyzing the actual equipment working demand, this paper absorbs research accomplishments of military logistic training, military equipment Science, the actual equipment working experience and lesson. This paper makes the concept system of military equipment training and training system. The focal point of this paper is the management, organization enforcement and relation of the three parts. The three parts are 'Army Equipment Training', 'Equipment Army Training', and 'Equipment College Education'. The main part of 'Army Equipment Training' is group army and reserve duty. The main part of 'Equipment Army Training' is the test base, equipment research organization, factory military representative organization, repair organization (factory), equipment storehouse and special training organization. The main part of 'Equipment College Education' is the equipment colleges and the departments of other colleges.
