摘要
退役是武器装备寿命周期中的重要事件之一,科学合理的退役决策既可以充分发挥武器装备的效能,又可降低其寿命周期费用.本文对影响武器装备退役的主要因素进行了分析,提出了5种因素,并给出了各因素的评估模型.运用模糊聚类法对地空导弹武器装备的退役进行了分析,并根据各个样本与基准样本分离的先后顺序,判断退役的优先顺序.其结果符合实际,为退役决策提供了一种定量分析方法.
Laid\|off is an important event in the course of weapon equipment's life cycle. A scientific and rational laid\|off decision leads to full utilization of weapon equipment's effectiveness and low life cycle cost. In this paper, main factors influencing the laid\|off of weapon equipment are analyzed. Five factors and the models to estimate them are given. Using the method of fuzzy classification, the laid\|off of Surface\|to\|Air\|missiles is analyzed. According to the order that the samples separate from the standard sample, the order of their laid\|off can be decided. The analysis results in a reasonable conclusion, which is in accordance with the objective facts, and which provides a quantitative method for laid\|off decision.
