摘要
介绍了通过掺杂 Cu、Zn离子对 Co2 Y(Ba2 Co2 Fe1 2 O2 2 )型平面六角结构软磁铁氧体的成相及其性能的影响。采用传统的固相反应法制备样品 ,Ba2 Co1 .2 - x Znx Cu0 .8Fe1 2 O2 2 (x=0~ 1.2 )的合成温度低 ,成相温度范围比较宽 ,易于成相。在甚高频段 ,对 Ba2 Co1 .2 - x Znx Cu0 .8Fe1 2 O2 2 的磁性能。
The effect of Zn and Cu doping on the structure and properties of Y type hexaferrite with composition Ba 2Co 1 2- x Zn x Cu 0 8 Fe 12 O 22 was studied.A series of Y type Ba 2Co 1 2- x Zn x Cu 0 8 Fe 12 O 22 hexaferrite was prepared using usual ceramic technique,phases were characterized,It is found that single Y type phase canbe formed at low temperture,and the temperature range of Y type phase is fairly wide.The factors that affect the magnetic and dielectric properties in ultra high frequency were also studied.
