摘要
使用电子陶瓷工艺制备得到了掺杂 Mn和 Sn的 Ba O- Ti O2 - Zn O- Nb2 O5(BTZN)系陶瓷。XRD表明 ,其主晶相为 Ba2 Ti9O2 0 、Ba Ti4 O9,另外还有少量附加晶相 :Ba4 Ti1 3O30 、Ba3Ti1 2 Zn7O34 、Ba Ti5O1 1 等。少量 Mn和 Sn掺杂有利于系统 Q值的提高 ,降低了烧结温度并提高了介电性能。文中主要对 Mn和 Sn掺杂的影响机理分别作了分析。 Mn和 Sn综合掺杂的结果 ,使得在中温 116 0°C得到了微波介电性能优良的 BTZN陶瓷。同时 。
Mn and Sn doped BaO TiO 2 ZnO Nb 2O 5 (BTZN) system ceramics was prepared by electronic ceramic technology.X ray diffraction showed that the main crystal phases of this system were Ba 2Ti 9O 20 and BaTi 4O 9 and that there were a small amount of additional phases:Ba 4Ti 13 O 30 ,Ba 3Ti 12 Zn 7O 34 ,BaTi 5O 11 etc.The effects of Mn and Sn dopants were discussed respectively in this paper.Mn and Sn dopants resulted in the formation of BTZN ceramics with superior microwave dielectric properties at an intermediate sintering temperature of 1 160 °C.We have used this kind of ceramics to make MLCC (multilayer ceramic capacitor),which is a new application for it.
