摘要
综述了柠檬酸钠的性质、市场及其在食品工业、医药卫生、洗化工业等领域的应用。介绍了目前采用的四种不同生产工艺 ,说明柠檬酸钠与纯碱中和工艺是最佳工业方法 ,并提出了进一步研究开发的方向。
The properly and market of sodium citrate were reviewed in this paper. The application of sodium citrate in food industrial, medicine derergent industrial and other fields were also described. Four kinds of different production technique of sodium citrate were mainly introduced. the citric acid and sodium carbonate neutralization was the optimum industrial production technique and the development direction was also put forward.
