摘要
复分解法生产氢氧化钡过程中产生的硫、锌废渣有很高的回收利用价值。采用负压 (真空 )操作、液碱吸收 ,盐酸法联产氯化锌、硫氢化钠和沉淀硫酸钡 ,使氢氧化钡废渣得到了很好的利用 ,这种联产方式工艺简单、技术先进、生产安全。
On the barium hydroxide production run by double decomposition method,produced sulphur and zinc waste residue is of great recovering value.It combined produce zinc chloride,sodium hydrosulfide and precipitated barium sulphate by hydrochloric acid means,operating by negative pressure(vacuum),absorbing by liquid caustic soda.The waste residue of the barium hydroxide are all well provided for utilization.This style of production is simple technological process,advanced techniques,safe in production and better economic benifit.
