40%乙草胺·扑草净可湿性粉剂的气相色谱分析方法研究

Study on Analysis of 40% Acetochlor + Prometryn WP by GC

本文采用毛细管气相色谱法,以十八烷为内标物,用HP-5色谱柱、氢火焰检测器定量分析乙草胺和扑草净的含量。其方法的标准偏差分别为0.35、0.42;变异系数为2.2％、1.6％;线性相关系数为0.997、0.999;平均回收率为99.5％、101.5％。

A method was described for the determination of 40% acetochlor + prometryn WP by capillary gas chromatography. The results showed that standard deviation was 0.35,0.42; the coeficient of variation was 2.0% , 1. 6% ; the linear correlation was 0. 997, 0. 999 and average recovery was 99.5% ,101.5% respecaively.
