涤纶FDY染色性能的影响因素探讨

Discussion on influence factors on dyeing behaviour of PET FDY

探讨了侧吹风风速、风温、第一热辊温度与速度、第二热辊温度与速度等因素对FDY染色性能的影响。结果表明 :选择合适的侧吹风速度及温度、第一热辊温度与速度。

The influence factors such as temperature and speed of quench air,1st and 2nd hot roll on dyeing behaviour of FDY are discussed. The results show that the dyeing behaviour of FDY can be effectively improved by selecting appropriate parameters above mentioned.
