介绍了在PTA装置中加强能量回收的措施和节约能耗的方法 ,讨论了加氢预热器用结晶器闪蒸蒸汽直接加热、氧化尾气增加回收 0 .
The measures to improve the energy recovry and reduce the energy consumption in PTA Plant have been studied. It has been indicated that the directly using of flash steam from PTA crystalizers as the medium of hydrogenation feed pre heaters, the additional recovering of 0.3 MPa steam during the condensation and cooling of oxidation reaction Off gas and the application of azeotropic distillation in solvent dehydration have the significant effect on PTA Plant energy saving.
