摘要
吸附天然气技术 (ANG)的关键是制备能达到压缩天然气技术 (CNG)储存量的性能优异的吸附剂。介绍了纳米孔炭质吸附剂吸附储存天然气用于汽车燃料的技术概况 ,综述了制备吸附剂的活化方法及国内外的研究发展现状 ,介绍了吸附剂微观结构的研究方法和吸附剂的成型技术。最后提出了该技术今后研究中需要解决的关键问题 :吸附剂储存天然气性能有待继续提高 ;吸附热对吸附剂储气性能的影响 ;
The key technology for adsorbed natural gas (ANG) is to manufacture an excellent adsorbent meeting the target for storing natural gas as much as compressed natural gas (CNG).The techniques of ANG by highly nanometer porous carbon used as vehicular fuel are introduced.Varied activation methods during the process for manufacturing a highly microporous carbonaceous adsorbent are reviewed.The microstructure and the briquetting methods are also produced.Finally,several crucial problems to be solved including the present relatively lower storage capacity for natural gas,the extent of the adsorption heat affecting adsorption,the production cost and the difficulty of regeneration of the adsorbents are put forward.
