摘要
从能量综合集成的角度提出了八碳烯精馏分离工艺 ,对所提流程进行了优化模拟计算及分析 ,为八碳烯分离工艺的施工设计提供了充分的依据。投产情况表明 ,该研究改变了八碳烯的生产现状 。
Distillation separation process for 2,5 dimethyl 2,4 hexadiene is proposed based on energy integration.Optimal simulation computation and analysis is carried out.Sufficient data are provided for separation process design.Real production proves that the process has improved the present production status of 2,5 dimethyl 2,4 hexadiene and greatly increased the economic performance.
