This paper analyzes the necessity of putting the social insurance fund in the security market,points out its important influences on China’s capital market,and analyzes the market model for social insurance fund.Moreover,this paper holds that we should create preferential conditions in order to ensure putting the social insurance fund on the security market smoothly.
