摘要
目的 :研究肺癌患者细胞外基质与癌细胞浸润及转移预后的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学方法对 2 6例原发性肺癌组织中 型胶原蛋白、层黏连蛋白、纤维连接蛋白含量及分布进行观察。结果 :大部分肺癌患者基底膜中均出现 型胶原蛋白、层黏连蛋白不同的减少和缺如 ,此种减少在鳞腺两类肺癌间无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。 型胶原蛋白、层黏连蛋白、纤维连接蛋白阳性率在有无淋巴结转移的两组病例中有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。癌周基底膜 型胶原蛋白、层黏连蛋白、纤维连接蛋白的丧失与患者 2年生存率有密切关系 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :肺癌组织 型胶原蛋白、层黏连蛋白。
Objective:To study the relationship between extracellular matrix and metastasis and prognosis of lung cancer.Methods:The expression of type 4 collagen,laminin,fibronection were determined in 26 cases of lung cancer with LSAB method.Results:Type 4 collagen and laminin were lost in various amounts in most of the lung carcinomas.The difference was not statistically significant ( P >0.05) between adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma.Significant difference of expression of type 4 collagen,laminin and fibronection were found between cases with and without lymph node metastasis ( P <0.05).The two year survival rate was related to the lost of type 4 collagen,laminin and fibronection ( P <0.05).Conclusion:Type 4 collagen,laminin and fibronection expression can be used as a helpful marker for metastasis and prognosis of lung cancer.
