摘要
目的 探讨糖尿病性骨质疏松与骨羟脯氨酸的关系。方法 把 2 2只昆明种小鼠随机分为糖尿病模型组和正常对照组两组。腹腔注射链脲佐菌素 (STZ)造成糖尿病模型。每周监测血糖 (BG)、体重及食量等 ,5周后处死取股骨进行骨干重、骨钙、骨磷、骨镁及骨羟脯氨酸 (B- HOP)的测定和比较。结果 糖尿病小鼠骨干重与正常对照小鼠有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,糖尿病小鼠骨 HOP/骨干重比值 (0 .4 98± 0 .0 4 8)降低 ,与正常对照小鼠骨 HOP/骨干重比值 (0 .5 39±0 .0 33)有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 糖尿病性小鼠有骨重量减轻、生长延缓。
Objective To study the relationship between femoral hydroxyproline content and osteoporosis induced by diabetes Methods Twenty two male KM mice were randomly divided into two groups, one of group was injected (ip ) Streptozotocin (STZ) for 5 days as diabetes model group, another group served as control group The level of blood glucose (BG) and body weight were measured once a week respectively, and the food consumption was measured once a day After 5 weeks treatment, the bone (femora) dry weight (BDW), contents of calcium, phosphor, magnesium and hydroxyproline (B HOP) were tested Results The ratio of B HOP/BDW in diabetes model mice (0 498±0 048) was lower than that of normal control mice(0 539±0 033,P<0 05) The other components (Ca,Mg and P/BDW)of the the bone did not differ between the two groups Conclusion Streptozotocin induced diabetes model has linked to the low bone dried weights and low content of B HOP in bone
