高效液相色谱法测定肌苷片和肌苷注射液中的有关物质

Determination of related substances in the inosine tablets and inosine injection by HPLC

目的用高效液相色谱法测定肌苷片、肌苷注射液中的有关物质。方法采用HypersilODS2柱 ,0 .0 5mol L的醋酸钠溶液为流动相 (pH 5 .0 ) ,检测波长 2 4 8nm。结果肌苷与有关物质分离良好 ,最小检出量为 3ng。结论此法操作准确、灵敏 ,快速 ,可用于肌苷片。

PurposeThe aim is to determine the related substances in the inosine tablets and inosine injection by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).MethodsThe method employed a Hypersil ODS2 column with sodium acetate buffer as the mobile phase. The wave length of detection was 248 nm.Resultsthe related substances were well isolated from inosine. The detection limit was 3 ng.ConclusionThis method is accurate, sensitive and rapid,and can be used for determination of related substances in the inosine tablets and inosine injection.
