肝素钙对肾小球内基质金属蛋白酶表达作用的探讨

Exploration of heparin calcium for expressions of matrix metalloproteinases in glomeruli

目的探讨肝素钙在治疗增生性肾炎中的作用。方法对 70例增生性肾小球肾炎患者 ,进行常规病理检查 ,以免疫组化方法测定其肾小球基质金属蛋白酶 (MMPs)———MMP 2、MMP 3的表达。随机分为常规疗法组 (A组 )和常规疗法 +肝素钙组 (B组 )。结果A组和B组系膜增生程度、球性硬化、节段性硬化、MMP 2、MMP 3无显著性差异。B组 10例血肌酐增高者治疗前后血清肌酐和内生肌酐清除率有显著性差异。B组的疗效优于A组。

PurposeThe aim is to explore the effects of heparin calcium on proliferative nephritis.Methods70 patients of proliferative nephritis were randomly divided into 2 groups: A(routine treatment)group and B (containing heparin calcium and routine treatment).All received renal biopsy,using immunohistochemical method to determine the expressions of matrix metallo proteinases(MMPs) MMP2 and MMP3 of renal glomerulus.ResultsNo significant differences in the degree of mesangial proliferation,segmented sclerosis and the expressions of MMP2 and MMP3 were observed between group A and group B. The serum levels of creatinine of 10 patients in group B were higher than those of normal.There were markedly different between pretreatment and post treatmeat of group A and group B in serum levels of creatinine and endogenous creatinine clearance rate.The effect of group B was superior to that of group A.ConclusionThe effect of heparin calcium on the chronic nephritis was significant.
