《ICU患者病情评价系统》计算机软件的开发与应用

Design and application of a software for assessment of seriousness of condition of ICU patients

目的 :利用计算机技术 ,评价 ICU患者病情严重程度及预测预后 ,普及推广危重患者病情评价系统在临床上的使用。方法 :应用 Visual Foxpro6 .0数据库系统制作了中文版的《ICU患者病情评价系统》计算机软件 ,软件中包括应用较为广泛的急性生理学与慢性健康状况评分 (APACHE )和简化急性生理学评分 (SAPS )及死亡概率预计模型 (MPM )病情评价系统。结果 :本软件易于学习 ,使用方便 ,操作简单 ,结果可靠。结论 :《ICU患者病情评价系统》计算机软件具有界面好、操作方便等特点 ,大大减少了数据处理的工作量 。

Objective:To calculate and evaluate the severity and predict the prognosis of critically ill patients by means of a computer software and to make the severity evaluation system to be widely used in clinic.Methods:The software of the severity evaluating systems of ICU patients was made by Visual Foxpro 6 0.The software included 4 sets of the severity evaluating systems,namely acute physioloogy and chronic health evaluation(APACHE Ⅱ),simplified acute physiology scoreⅡ(SAPSⅡ),mortality probability modelⅡ(MPMⅡ) and trauma injury severity score(TRISS),all of them had been widely used.Results:This software was easy to learn,convenient to use,and simple in operation.The results were reliable.Conclusions:This software has many advantages,such as friendly interface,convenient operation, etc .It can markedly reduce the workloads of data processing and is worthy to be used clinically.
