The simulation device of automation loading system can simulate the actual process of automation loading system, it give the design of actual control system and simulation operation for convenience and economical benefit. The simulation operation system consists of Simens S7-200 PLC and simulating control template. I/O distribution is implemented with CPU224, the diagram of time order and trapeziform diagram of the system is given.
