内嵌射频卡式PDA交通违章管理系统由686主机,可嵌入射频卡式PDA、可读写TEMIC射频卡、射频卡读写器、打印机、UPS不间断电源等组成。PDA将射频卡读写器集成于其中。射频卡读写器由U2270B构成的低功耗射频收发单元和89LV51单片机组成。系统软件由射频卡读写器软件、PDA掌上电脑二次开发违章处罚软件、系统管理软件三部分组成。这种基于PDA二次开发的专用手持终端式交通违章处罚计算机管理系统,具有方便安全、快速可靠等特点。

The traffic punishment management system is composed of 686 computer, PDA embedded RF read-write device, read-write available TEMIC RF card, RF read-write device, printer and UPS power. RF read-write device is integrated in PDA. The RF read-write device is made of low-power-loss RF sending-receiving unit of U2270B and single-chip computer of 89LV51. Its software includes three parts: read-write software on RF card, the second developed PDA software about the traffic punishment and the whole system management software. The whole system is characterized by using the second developed PDA as a specialized portable terminal. It has the properties as follows: convince, safety, rapidity and reliability.
