多电平载波PWM法与SVPWM法之间的本质联系及其应用 被引量:122

摘要 在理论分析的基础上建立了三电平三角载波PWM法和空间电压矢量PWM法之间的本质联系,其关系完全类似于两电平中两者之间的关系,以此为依据,可将两电平开关损耗最小PWM法推广应用于三电平,并最终实现了三电平开关损耗最小和中点电压平衡的协调控制。 The correlation between the carrier-based PWM and SVPWM in three level inverters is estab-lished, based on theory analysis, which is analogous with that of two level. According to the correlation, the two level switch-ing loss minimized PWM(SLMPWM) method is extended to the three level inverters. The neural point voltage unbalance problems which are the inherent of three level inverters are solved successfully in this method by some special means. The simulation and experimental results show the proposed method is feasible and suitable for high power three level inverters.
