摘要
大量研究表明,迷宫气封中的振荡汽流对机组的稳定性是有影响的,然而迷宫气封齿尖夹角对转子动力学特性的影响通常不引起人们的重视。该文采用修正了的双控制体模型,即引入了齿尖夹角对转子动特性系数的影响,将流场分为两个控制体,对流体基本方程及经验公式进行摄动求解。分析结果表明:齿尖夹角对转子动特性的影响是不能不考虑的,并且入口预旋越大,这种影响越大。该文结论对进一步的理论研究以及实际气封结构设计有一定的指导意义。
gas seals on the rotordynamic coefficients that is usually neglected is analysed in this paper. By using the method of two- control-volume model that is usually adopted in such problems, fluid field is divided into two control volumes and the basic equation and experiential formula are solved with perturbation method. Further, the method is amended to take the angle of the teeth into consideration. It is found that the influence of angle of the teeth is remarkable. With the increases of inlet tangential velocity, the influence increases. The results are important to the design of the teeth and the further research of theory.
